HandyHelper enables independent service professionals to send service-related communications, including estimates, invoices, receipts, and scheduling updates, to their customers via SMS and email.
End customers provide express consent directly to the service professional during a service interaction. Consent may be collected verbally (e.g., when a customer agrees to receive an estimate or invoice via text message) or when the customer provides their phone number for service communications.
Service professionals using HandyHelper are solely responsible for obtaining all required customer consents prior to sending communications. HandyHelper does not initiate contact with end customers and does not send marketing or promotional messages.
All messages sent through HandyHelper are transactional in nature and relate directly to an existing service relationship.
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. HELP returns support contact information.
